Earls Kitchen and Bar

Sticky Pudding Dessert, Full Rack of Ribs, Fish Tacos,  Lychee Martini and Pomegranate Mojito

We got to earls for dinner and it was very busy, despite this everyone was very welcoming and we were seated in the lounge very quickly. We ordered two cocktails, both of which were of a high standard and you could tell they had been made by a professional bartender from fresh ingredients and not simply poured from a container. There were a lot of choices of food to pick from, your normal al a carte selection of pastas, apetizers and steaks. My husband ordered a full rack of ribs with a spicy sauce and I ordered fish tacos. The tacos were very fresh with a variety of ingredients acting as the salsa and a large piece of fish. The fish was tasty but was a little dry. The ribs had a good amount of marine and fell off the bones easily making the meat very tender. He ate the whole serving including the side of roasted potatoes that were cooked with spring onions and cheese. Somehow we mad saved room for a toffee brownie with a side of ice cream and toffee. It was sticky and sweet as expected and the ice cream was a good balance. It was very tasty and came out warm. All in all a lovely night with high quality food, a nice atmosphere and for only $80 including gst and tip we felt it was good value for money.
